Cloud Security Statement

GLiNTECH's Instant Websites for Confluence is a web application that delivers functionality to our customers' Confluence instances.

When you install and turn on Instant Websites for a Confluence space, data is sent across to GLiNTECH and stored on our secure environment in AWS.

The data stored in AWS is purely used for publishing your space content. The data stored does not include any information about the customer instance, the customer themselves, or authentication credentials.

GLiNTECH employees are responsible for the security of all data that may come to them, regardless of format. Only authorized GLiNTECH employees have access to the application. When accessing the application, each employee must authenticate with their individual authentication credentials.

GLiNTECH monitors system health and integrity from Sydney, Australia.

We align ourselves with Atlassian's Security Severity Levels and as a Silver Atlassian Marketplace partner, we adhere to their security requirements for Cloud Applications.

We are also participating in the Atlassian Marketplace Security Bug Bounty Program.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability or have experienced a security breach involving a GLiNTECH Cloud app, please raise a security incident.

GLiNTECH is committed to protecting your personal information. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy
